Published article: Children and the Child Welfare System: Problems, Interventions, and Lessons from Around the World

We are pleased to announce that as part of the work to guest co-edit a special issue in the social work journal, Child and Adolescent Social Work Journal (CASWJ), Dr. Jarosław Przeperski, and Samuel A. Owusu of the Centre for Family Research have published a paper title, “Children and the Child Welfare System: Problems, Interventions, and Lessons from Around the World” in CASWJ.

The paper serves as an introduction to the special issue.The paper highlights the need to understand the experiences of social work practitioners in different parts of the world in order to adapt practice to the changing times and summarizes the various papers that will form part of the special issue when complete. The journal CASWJ has an Impact Factor of 1.156 and a MNiSW score of 70 points.
